My Story

Welcome to Leading From the Inside! I'm Debbie, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you.

Growing up, I faced more challenges than most. From a young age, I witnessed and experienced domestic violence firsthand. These early experiences shaped my worldview and instilled in me a deep sense of resilience and determination.

As a survivor, I refused to let my past define me. Instead, I turned my pain into purpose and embarked on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through hard work and perseverance, I overcame obstacles and pursued my dreams with unwavering determination.

My journey led me to a career in public service, where I had the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. As an elected official, I advocated for policies that support survivors of domestic violence and promote equality and justice for all.

But my journey didn't stop there. I realized that my experiences had equipped me with a unique perspective and a passion for helping others. That's why I founded Leading From the Inside – to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to overcome obstacles and thrive.

Through motivational speaking engagements, personalized consulting sessions, and interactive workshops, I share my story and provide the tools and support needed to navigate life's challenges and achieve personal and professional success.
